透過「音樂」我們可以間接得知對方的心情態樣。
透過「服務」我們可以略懂店家的待客之道。
透過「食」我們可以隱約窺見對方深層的另一面。
翻開一本冊子,起初以為這是一本電話簿,心想業主給我這做什麼?
原來是他創業前遊歷歐洲大街小巷所收集的冰品店家名片。
隨意抽取一張名片,彷彿開啟了業主腦海中分門別類的記憶抽屜。
這就像古人聽曲前需挑選曲目,而業主早已準備好樂章,等你翻牌,隨即有專業的樂師唱給你聽。
這是飄洋過海來台並在地化的輕奢雪糕。
除了讓它涼涼你舌頭而獲得的歡愉,也讓你所處環境成為別人細細品你的另一深層面貌吧。

Music knows no boundaries, and neither does the act of eating.
Through music, we can sense another’s mood.
Through service, we discover a host’s philosophy of hospitality.
And through the way someone eats—whether rushed and ravenous or calm and refined—we catch a glimpse of their inner world.
When I opened the booklet, I thought it was an old-fashioned phone directory. What could the owner possibly want me to do with this?
As it turned out, it was a collection of business cards from snow cream shops he had visited while exploring the streets and alleys of Europe before launching his venture.
Picking a card at random felt like unlocking a drawer in his carefully curated memory.
Just as in ancient times one might select a song before a performance, the owner had everything prepared—waiting to present a symphony of flavors the moment you made your choice.
This snow cream is a luxurious treat, inspired by its journey across the seas and lovingly reimagined for Taiwan.
More than just a cool, sweet delight on your tongue, it creates an atmosphere that lets others savor the deeper, more refined aspects of who you are.
