設計師以紅磚為序，以金屬為輔，帶給人們新舊交合的視感，彷彿悄悄地提醒人們今天也要飲水思源；大面積的玻璃，順勢而為的採光，俐落入室，與室內吧檯相互輝映，讓在一旁的座位區巧妙拾得柔和又乾淨的光體之餘，也燃起吧檯的火焰。後來你會發現，原來冰與火是可以相容的。
